Privacy Policy Document
The purpose of this document is to inform individuals (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subjects")
about the processing of their personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data" or "Data")
collected by the Controller, as identified below. The Data Controller may amend or simply update all
or part of this Policy by informing the Data Subjects thereof.

2. Personal data collected
The Controller collects the following types of Personal Data: identification and contact data, such as
name, surname, date of birth, tax code, address, email and other contacts, etc. Failure by the Data
Subject to provide Personal Data, for which there is a legal or contractual obligation or if they are a
necessary requirement for the use of the service or for the conclusion of the contract, will result in
the impossibility for the Data Controller to provide all or part of its services. The Data Subject who
communicates to the Controller Personal Data of third parties is directly and exclusively responsible
for their origin, collection, processing, communication or dissemination.
3. Purposes of the Processing
The Personal Data collected may be used for the performance of contractual and pre-contractual
obligations and for legal obligations as well as for the following purposes:
Administrative and accounting management. The legal basis for processing for this purpose is the
consent of the Data Subject.
Sending of emails or newsletters and mailing list management. The legal basis of the processing for
this purpose is the consent of the interested party.
4. Method of Processing
Personal Data is processed by means of paper, computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational
methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In some cases, subjects involved in the
organisation of the Data Controller (such as, for example, personnel management personnel, sales
staff, system administrators, etc.) or external subjects (such as IT companies, service providers,
postal couriers, hosting providers, etc.) may also have access to Personal Data. Such parties may be
appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Personal Data of data
subjects whenever necessary and will be contractually obliged to keep the Personal Data

Personal Data are processed at the Data Controller's premises and in any other place where the

6. Automated decision-making processes
All Data collected shall not be subject to any automated decision-making process, including profiling,
which may produce legal effects for the individual or which may significantly affect the individual.
7. Security Measures
The Processing is carried out in a manner and with instruments that guarantee the security and
confidentiality of Personal Data, the Data Controller having adopted appropriate technical and
organisational measures that guarantee, and allow it to be demonstrated, that the Processing is
carried out in compliance with the relevant legislation.
8. Personal Data Retention Period
The Controller shall process the Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes
connected with the execution of the contract between the Controller and the Data Subject and no
longer than 10 years from the termination of the relationship with the Data Subject and, in any case,
until the expiry of the prescriptive term provided for by the laws in force. When the Processing of
Personal Data is necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the Controller, the Personal Data
shall be kept until such interest is satisfied. Where the Processing of Personal Data is based on the
consent of the Data Subject, the Controller may keep the Personal Data until it is revoked by the
Data Subject. Personal Data may be kept for a longer period if necessary to fulfil a legal obligation or
by order of an authority. All Personal Data will be deleted at the end of the retention period. Upon
expiry of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification and the right to portability of Personal
Data can no longer be exercised.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
Data Subjects may exercise certain rights with regard to the Personal Data processed by the
Controller. In particular, the Data Subject has the right to:
withdraw consent at any time
object to the Processing of their Personal Data;
access their Personal Data
to verify and request rectification; to
obtain the restriction of the Processing
obtain the deletion of your Personal Data;
receive your Personal Data or have it transferred to another controller;
lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority and/or take legal action.
To exercise their rights, Data Subjects may address a request to the contact details of the Controller
indicated in this document. Requests are made free of charge and processed by the Controller as
quickly as possible, in any case within 30 days.
